Membership 6.1 It is expected that members will be of significant seniority to make decisions on behalf of their organisation. 6.2 Members of the Board are required to send representatives in their absence. 6.3 Core membership of the board (including TDC) can be supplemented by other representatives as the new arrangements are established.
