Issue details
In March 2024 Burrsville Public Hall suffered
significant damage due to a fire started by unconfirmed arson. The
insurance claim included management of the reinstatement works.
Contractor has been selected in the process of tender managed by
the insurance's agent.
The reinstatement works have commenced in December 2024 and
completed on 16th May 2025.
The decision is to sign JCT minor works contract appointing Cadman
as the contractor for the works.
