To extend by one year the Chubb Community Care “Essential Plus” maintenance service for the existing Chubb equipment at nine sheltered housing schemes. For this one year agreement the contract rates will be charged between £680.80 and £1,719.64 per annum per scheme for the “Essential Plus” service level.
