For the Acting Director of Planning on 26th
January 2022 to publish the newly adopted Tendring District Local
Plan 2013-2033 and Beyond Section 2 and associated notice of
adoption without delay and with the insertion of a Foreword and a
small number of administrative corrections as agreed in
consultation with the Leader of the Council on the evening of 25th
January 2022.
That the selection of an appropriate and up-to-date set of
photographs for insertion into the Local Plan be carried out in due
course and inserted into the published Local Plan at a later date,
without the need to delay formal adoption and for purely
presentational purposes without any prejudice to the Plan's
policies and proposals.
