concurred with the Assistant Director’s decision and approves
the extension of the lease and warranty of fitness equipment at
Walton on the Naze Lifestyles with Pulse Fitness. This lease and
warranty will be extended until February 2022 in line with Clacton
Leisure Centre, allowing for a complete procurement and tender
process to take place.
