Walton on the Naze Lifestyles current lease and warranty for fitness equipment has expired. The current lease and warranty are with Pulse Fitness.
Due to the lease expiry, it is proposed to extend this lease and warranty until February 2022. The extension would align with Clacton Leisure Centre’s lease and warranty expiry date with Pulse Fitness. In turn, this would allow a corporate approach to a complete Procurement and Tender process between late 2021 and early 2022. This would enable a review of the market and the gym equipment across the three main sites – Clacton, Walton and Dovercourt.

Portfolio Holder for Leisure and Tourism concurred with the Assistant Director’s decision and approves the extension of the lease and warranty of fitness equipment at Walton on the Naze Lifestyles with Pulse Fitness. This lease and warranty will be extended until February 2022 in line with Clacton Leisure Centre, allowing for a complete procurement and tender process to take place.
