To agree the principle of the removal of a restrictive covenant over a property in Clarkes Road, Dovercourt; and
To agree terms for the removal of a restrictive covenant over that property and authorise the Acting Corporate Director (Operations & Delivery) to complete the transaction as set out in the report and on such other terms as he considers appropriate.
