To agree terms for the removal of a restrictive covenant over that property and authorise the Acting Corporate Director (Operations & Delivery) to complete the transaction as set out in the report and on such other terms as he considers appropriate.

Reasons for the decision:

To remove the restriction in order to allow the resident of the property to carry out the works specified in their Planning Application.
