A Planning Contravention Notice was issued in 2017 as to breaches of these conditions. Subsequently a certificate of existing lawful use has been granted under the above reference to confirm that the conditions concerned have been breached for a continuous period of over 10 years and thus no further formal enforcement action can be taken as to the conditions.
