• Councillor Richard Everett - Personal - Councillor Everett declared an interest in Planning Application 18/01131/FUL – 112 Connaught Avenue, Frinton-On-Sea, CO13 9AA, in so far as he lives relatively locally to the application. However he stated he was not predetermined and therefore would take part in the debate.
