• Councillor Lynda McWilliams - Non Pecuniary - Councillor McWilliams declared a non-pecuniary interest in relation to item A.6 on the agenda by virtue of the fact that she was the Portfolio Holder for Leisure and Partnerships and that the Corporate Enforcement Strategy had recently become part of her remit.
