• Councillor Mick Barry - Pecuniary - Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in respect of his position as a Trustee of the Brightlingsea Lido. The Monitoring Officer (Lisa Hastings) confirmed that, before this meeting, Councillor Barry had requested a Dispensation under Section 33(2) of the Localism Act 2011 and that she had decided to grant that Dispensation for this meeting on the basis that she considered it appropriate to do so as this was a draft Strategy which was being presented to Cabinet to then go out for consultation and that there were no decisions within the report being considered at this meeting which would impact directly on Brightlingsea Lido.
