Decision made to enter into a protected
settlement discussion to resolve a complex HR related matter
(05.19.WJ).
In accordance with the Council's Constitution Green 3.18 agreement
was reached by the Corporate Director and Head of People,
Performance and Projects to commence a protected discussion.
If a mutually agreed settlement agreement is reached, approval will
be sought from the Chief Executive to authorise the final
agreement.
