The existing contract has expired and it is
necessary to appoint a supplier from 1 April 2019. A Government
framework has been used to identify the potential suppliers and a
direct award is proposed to the existing supplier (Northgate) for a
period of 4 years in accordance with the terms of the framework
agreement.
