The lido is let to the Town Council. The Town
Council has sought Land consent to enlarge and refurbish the
café on the site. Technical details have been requested and
submitted and it is proposed to grant consent under the lease for
the alterations, subject to Planning Permission and Building
Regulations Consent being considered separately, and to indemnities
and other conditions.
