ECC Place Services to assess nominated assets against the agreed criteria for inclusion on the Local Heritage List and produce reports accordingly of those assets included or excluded from the list.

The decision to adopt The Heritage Strategy was made by Cabinet 24 March 2020, which set out an objective to create and adopt a local list of non-designated heritage assets. The final version of the Local List Criteria was adopted by Cabinet 26th July 2024.
