Issue details
Due to lack of capacity within the team at
present, there is an option to extend the pilot arrangements for a
period of 24 months. This will allow for time to complete a full
procurement exercise before the end of the agreements in 24
months.
The vending machines currently provide provisions to our members
wishing to purchase a light bite or drink at the leisure centres.
By going into this agreement for rental, it uplifts the royalty
percentage TDC will take from the sales of products. There is an
option to break agreement by paying an uplift fee of £195 per
machine. If the agreement is terminated after the rental period a
three-month notice must be given in writing.
The Goods for Resale agreement will allow TDC to offer customers
high quality products consistently and increase the revenue on
product sales. The agreement continues in force until terminated by
3 months written notice by either party to the other party.
