The Council is required to review and renew its Statement of Gambling Policy every three years in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005. The review and renewal of the policy is subject to public consultation and must be adopted by Full Council upon recommendation from both the Licensing and Registration Committee and Cabinet.
This report is to ensure that the Authority meets its obligations to publish its revised policy by 31 January 2025.
