Board’s Vision and Three-Year Investment Plan developed as
part of the government’s Long Term Plan for Towns programme,
and takes associated decisions to support delivery. The Investment
Plan has been developed in accordance with government guidance
under 3 broad investment themes of safety and Security; High
Street, Heritage, and Regeneration; and Transport and
Connectivity.
