Schedule 5 of the Infrastructure Act 2015 requires Local Authorities to migrate their Local Land Charges Register to the HMLR as part of a programme to make HMLR the sole registering authority and official search provider for the LLC Register in accordance with the provisions of the Infrastructure Act 2015.
The Parties to the Collaboration Agreement will establish a framework to govern their respective rights and obligations in relation to the LLC Programme.
