Payment of the TDC portion of the costs for
the Tendring Colchester Borders Garden Community Project is now due
for the 2023/24 period.
Costs are allocated between Tendring District Council, Colchester
City Council and Essex County Council and are, at £135,000,
less than the predicted sum of £150,000.
The decision is made following consultation with Cllr. Mark
Stephenson Portfolio Holder for Corporate Finance &
Governance.
