To agree terms for the freehold disposal of land situated to the front and rear of Leng Court, Windmill Park, Clacton-on-Sea, at the request of the purchaser in order to allow them to grant necessary right to their tenants.
The land in question is currently landlocked and the purchaser could apply for a possessory title in respect of the land. It is therefore recommended to proceed with the freehold disposal on the terms set out in the Part A and Part B Reports.
