The overall allocation of funding for the
Housing Investment Programme was approved within the Council's
budget setting process.
Although work on the programme has been ongoing it has been noted
that the allocation of funds within the programme was not formally
approved.
This decision is to formalise the allocation of funds within the
approved programme.
