Issue details

To update the existing GP Referral scheme using £30,000 allocated to the project in the Back to Business Report.
The scheme will be a pilot for 48 weeks with a greater referral criteria and wider referral options.
The scheme will be named the Tendring Back to Health Pilot Scheme.
The report submitted to Management Team on 5th October 2021 was approved, and concurrence from Cllr Alex Porter on 14th October 2021 and Cllr Lynda McWilliams on 18th October 2021 has been given.
The pilot scheme is scheduled to commence in January 2022.
