In accordance with the Council's Constitution
(Green) Part 3.18 , an Officer decision has been made to enter into
settlement discussions with two employees (HR/VS/19 and HR/AD/19).
This discussion will be in accordance with the ACAS procedures.
This course of action has the approval of the relevant Corporate
Director in consultation with the Head of People, Performance and
Projects.
