Enplan are working with TDC on another appeal
at Grange Road, Lawford in tandem with this work concerning the
appeal at Mistley.
No other quotes were sought as it would not be cost effective to
employ a new consultant in this case. Another expert witness was
contacted but she was unavailable to act on the dates of the
Inquiry
