Agreement to transfer "Bullock Wood" to TDC Pursuant to Schedule 5 of a section 106 Agreement dated 22 March 2016 - Land to the North of the former Betts Factory, Ipswich Road, Colchester along with the contribution of agreed commuted sum of £18,034.

 

 

11/06/2018 - Agreement to transfer "Bullock Wood" to TDC Pursuant to Schedule 5 of a section 106 Agreement dated 22 March 2016 - Land to the North of the former Betts Factory, Ipswich Road, Colchester along with the contribution of agreed commuted sum of £18,034.

The developer has fully complied with the conditions of the relevant Schedule to the section 106 agreement and requested the transfer of the land in accordance with the agreement.
