To commission CLT East to provide support to
the Council in relation to spending the Community Housing Fund
allocation. The support will take the form of expert consultancy
and help to encourage the formation of community land trusts in the
district. This decision follows on from an exemption from
Procurement Procedure Rules granted in September 2017 and is needed
to ensure the Council spends the funding allocation in a manner
that brings the greatest benefits to residents.
