To agree variation to the contract with Baily Garner (company registration number OC305198) for the purposes of carrying out additional Employers Agent and PM services for the Carnarvon Terrace project which is being delivered as part of the wider Local Regeneration Fund Clacton Civic Quarter scheme, due to the programme prolongation attached to retendering the project.
The additional services have a fixed fee (excluding VAT) of:
Carnarvon Terrace: £21,960
Milton Road & Victoria Street: £7003
