To approve award of a pre-construction services contract (PCSA) to DHC Construction Ltd (Company number 02305619) in respect of the Carnarvon Terrace scheme, at a value of £199,184.60 (excluding VAT), for the purposes of progressing the project through detailed design, cost development and pre-construction planning. A decision to award contract for demolition and main works contracts will be subject to a further and separate report.
