Under the powers delegated to the Corporate Director (Planning and Community) and further delegated by them to appropriate Officers under Schedule 2 of Part 3 of the Constitution, the discharge of the Town and Country Planning & Conservation functions as specified in Schedule 1 to the Local Authorities (Functions and Responsibilities (England) Regulations 2000 (as amended) and as detailed in Appendix 1 to Part 3 of the Constitution.
