a)To allocate the sum of £1,807.25 to the delegated planning consultant Retail Design Solutions for services undertaken to support the applicants.
b)To reimburse the sum of £1,822.00 for the planning application costs incurred in the grant process to four of the grant recipients, as set out in the reason for the decision.
