a)To allocate the sum of £44,972.17 to the three successful applicants detailed in this decision.
b)To allocate the sum of £17,228.58 to the delegated planning consultant Retail Design Solutions for services undertaken to support the applicants.
c)To reimburse the sum of £3,962.00 for the planning application costs incurred in the grant process to one of the grant recipients, as set out in the reason for the decision.
