To proceed with the purchase of an investment
property in central Clacton on Sea in accordance with Cabinet
decisions on 14 July 2017 and following due diligence work but
subject to receipt if the final version of the Building Survey
Report. To secure revenue income in line with the Council's
property investment policy.
