(a)     To appoint MPC General Maintenance Ltd. and to award the contract to them to replace the wet side flooring at the Walton-on-the-Naze Lifestyles.

(b)     To enter into the contract with that company with a contract value of up to £28,600 including a 10% buffer for any unforeseen works that occur once the project commences.

(c)     To agree to fund these works from the 2025/26 Leisure Capital Projects Reserve.
