a) To allocate the sum of £18,625.20 to the three successful applicants detailed in this decision.
b) To allocate the sum of £13,507.16, to the delegated planning consultant Retail Design Solutions for services undertaken to support the applicants
c) To reimburse the sum of £1,725.00 for the planning application costs incurred in the grant process to four of the grant recipients.
