To agree an exemption from the Council’s Procurement Rules along with the associated award of contract to KPMG LLP to undertake ‘appointed Auditor’ activities associated with annual Right to Buy Housing Receipts Pooling ‘returns’ to MHCLG for a period of up to 4 years.
