a) To allocate the sum of £118,847.63 to the thirteen successful applicants detailed in this decision.
b) To reduce the allocation of a grant which was allocated through a previous decision on 5th September 2025 from £16,436.47 to £16,335.00
c) To allocate the sum of £5,522.69, to the delegated planning consultant Retail Design Solutions for services undertaken to support the applicants
d) To reimburse the sum of £2,942.00 for the planning application costs incurred in the grant process to five of the grant recipients.
