That the Housing and Planning Portfolio Holder agrees to the service of a section 45 Counter Notice by the Council’s Corporate Director (Law and Governance) on the terms set out in this report and authorises the Corporate Director (Operations and Delivery), in consultation with the Corporate Director (Law and Governance), to enter into negotiations to agree the premium payable and to formalise this lease extension, subject to such other terms as are considered necessary.
