To allocate £2500 within the balance of Safer Streets Fund funding for a new data link to Colchester and to enter into agreement with Colchester Amphora Trading Limited in the sum of £2500 to deliver the new data link from Clacton to Colchester in order to facilitate the delivery of the joint CCTV monitoring in line with the Safer Streets Fund Grant.
