To complete a Site Owner and Site User Grass Pitch Maintenance Agreement with Harwich and Dovercourt Rugby Cub in order to allow the latter to accept and utilise grant funding from the Football Foundation to carry out pitch improvement work at Low Road, Dovercourt.
