To determine the membership of the tender evaluation panel for the Selection Questionnaire stage of the waste contract procurement. The panel will comprise:

Officers from Essex County Council's Procurement Service
The Assistant Director for Housing and Environment
The Waste and Recycling Manager
Representative from Walker Resource Management Limited

Note: That this is the first stage of the procurement process and that future decisions will be made in respect of any future, related TEPs.
