(a)     To agree, in principle, the granting a new lease in respect of Holland Public Hall, 139 Frinton Road, Holland-on-Sea, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, CO15 5UR.

(b)     To approve the completion of a new lease on the terms as set out in the supporting Part B Officer report; and

(c)     To authorise the Corporate Director (Planning and Community) to agree any other terms, as he considers appropriate.
