RESOLVED that –

 

(a)   Ms. Tyler be thanked for her e-petition; and

 

(b)   the Environment Portfolio Holder’s written comments regarding the e-petition be endorsed as Cabinet’s formal response to Ms. Tyler’s e-petition.
