To agree to enter into a Licence to allow Cadent Gas to use a compound area at Martello Coach Park, West Road, Clacton-on-Sea for the purpose of vehicle, welfare and plant storage in respect of an upcoming gas replacement scheme in Wash Lane, Clacton-on-Sea.
