That the Portfolio Holder for Housing notes
the contents of the report and approves:
(i) Acceptance of the transfer of Plots 18 and 19 aka 26 and 28
Barley Lane Elmstead Market Colchester Essex CO7 7GY based on the
recommendations made by the Assistant Director for Planning
and
(ii) Acquiring a shareholding in Hunter’s Chase (Elmstead
Market) Management Company Limited. (Company No. 13387713) with the
official representative of the Council to be nominated by the Chief
Executive.
