(a) With the concurrence of the Portfolio Holder for Leisure and Tourism, to appoint Ingleton Wood to proceed with the Condition Survey of the Council's leisure facilities; and

(b) With the concurrence of the Portfolio Holder for Corporate Finance & Governance, to fund this via the associated use of up to £17,000 from the Leisure Capital Projects Reserve contribution from 2022/23 from the revenue accounts.
