(a) To agree the principle of granting a new lease over the Boating Lake and adjacent property, Lower Marine Parade, Dovercourt; and
(b) To also agree the terms for the grant of that new lease and to authorise the Corporate Director (Operations and Delivery) to complete the transaction on the agreed terms and on such other terms as he considers appropriate.
