(a)       To agree the principle of granting a new lease over land and property situated in Lower Marine Parade, Dovercourt;

(b)       To agree terms for the grant of a new lease over land and property situated in Lower Marine Parade, Dovercourt to the named preferred bidder; and

(c)       To authorise the Corporate Director (Operations and Delivery) to complete the transaction on the reported terms and on such other terms as he considers appropriate.
