That the Portfolio Holder for Corporate Finance and Governance approves:
(a) An exemption from procurement rules in order to enable the Council to directly appoint bankers following the expiry of the previous five year contract; and
(b) The appointment of Lloyds Bank to undertake the banking services for the Council for a period of five years.
